There are several ways to verify employment.
- Civilian and Military Retirees may use myPay
- Retired personnel may also request the service from the Office of Personnel Management(OPM)
- Separated Civilian Employees (non-retirees) may request access to their Official Personnel files (after 120 days from Separation Date), electronically from the National Personnel Records Center Federal Records Center Program


Proper notification from the depot POC must be received in order to validate each visit prior to a visitor’s badge being issued. Proof of identity must be provided for all visitors 16 year of age or older. Only state or federal government issued identification containing a photograph will be accepted.


The VCC is open Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:15pm, last customer processed at 4:00pm.
Office is closed on federal holidays.

All vehicles entering RRAD must register at the Visitor Control Center. The following documents must be presented at the VCC during normal business hours or at the Main Gate after hours or on weekends prior to issuance of a temporary vehicle pass:
- Current/Valid driver’s license
- Current proof of vehicle registration, rental agreement, or bill of sale
- Proof of insurance
- Notarized Permission to Drive form (only required for vehicles that are not registered in the operator’s name)
